I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of Castro Valley, CA and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents and adults and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, stress and life transitions. I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness to help my clients make progress and find joy in their lives.
