I work to create a warm and supportive environment where young people can feel safe to explore their emotions and experiences. Through a combination of play therapy, animal-assisted therapy, and evidence-based strategies like CBT, I help clients develop emotional awareness, coping skills, and self-confidence. My therapy dog, Gamma, brings a comforting presence that helps children and adults open up and engage more deeply in the process.
