Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping you lean into your strengths to reach your goals. I work with clients facing a variety of challenges like stress and anxiety (including OCD), childhood wounds, parenting strategies, perinatal trauma, chronic pain, PTSD and relationships with yourself and others. Using an integrated approach, we'll identify your areas of strengths and needs growth, and practice helpful tools to create new patterns so you can access your fullest, truest self in all areas of your life. I am also certified in EMDR if you're interested in what that has to offer.
