I provide psychotherapy for individuals and families enduring life stressors related to anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-confidence and doubt, parenting, career challenges, learning disabilities, relationships, trauma, adoption and foster care. I have 18+ years of working with individuals impacted by trauma, especially as children.
