I am not taking new clients at this time! I enjoy working with people of all ages and all backgrounds. I have experience with teens, adults, couples, and families who have a wide variety of struggles - communication issues, addiction struggles, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I like to help people find the best version of themselves and give them sustainable skills to live the life each individual wants. I am passionate about creating a space of no judgment and understanding. Building a healthy relationship with one another is key; however, I use techniques such as DBT, Mindfulness, ACT, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also use a collaborative approach to setting and evaluating goals.
