I am here to help you shed light on those old patterns, explore how they came to be, and step into a new way of being. I am a passionate, trauma-informed, and multiculturally competent practitioner with a deep commitment to LGBTQIA+, identity-affirming, and anti-racist approaches. I specialize in Emotionally Focused, Solutions Focused, and Internal Family Systems approaches, offering a unique, experiential, and relationally-oriented journey through your inner world.
