Hello and welcome! My name is Emily Nuñez, MHC-LP. My approach to therapeutic work begins with warmth, welcome and openness. Specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I offer an eclectic approach tailored to fit the needs of my patients who may be experiencing a range of challenges that can include depression, grief, anxiety, post traumatic stress, and/or emotional disturbance. Holding my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness, I am also a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP).
