Like most women, you probably feel overwhelmed at times. You believe you were made for more, but you just don't know how to access it. As a counselor, I come alongside individuals and couples who feel stuck in anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or confusion about how to navigate the complexities of life, helping them find resilience, hope, and a healing path forward.
