Feeling more stressed out than ever? Overwhelmed with the daily responsibilities of life? Welcome. I believe it’s part of the human experience to struggle with life’s difficulties. In our work together, we can grow capacity to examine patterns that keep us stuck and offer supportive shifts to ensure peace and wellbeing. I specialize supporting adults working through depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustments to parenting and life transitions. I have a special interest in women's issues, those working in the healthcare field and young adults transitioning to the workforce. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 15 years, my style is collaborative and supportive, creating the space that can allow for healing to begin. In collaboration with clients, we work to identify and focus on the strengths inherit in all beings to help move through life’s obstacles.
