Do you feel hopeless and contemplate self-harm and suicide? You are not alone. I believe the bravest thing you can do is ask for help. It is my great honor to sit with my clients and listen to their unfiltered stories with zero judgement. I specialize in working with teens and twenty-something’s who are experiencing depression, anxiety and Borderline Personality Disorder. I also work with survivors of sexual abuse and domestic violence, both women and men.
