My focus is to walk alongside those who experience disconnection, trauma, loss, life challenges, chronic illness, and relational dysfunction. I believe that life challenges can lead to isolation and I work to attune to my clients in a way that empowers and builds self-confidence. My goal is to help you find deeper connection in your life. My theoretical orientation is grounded in attachment theory and I use neuroscience informed psychotherapy to conceptualize each client in a holistic way. I support each of my clients through a lens that integrates the mind and body connection.
