You might even miss the days when life felt lighter and less stressful. Most of all, you just want to feel more confident, calm, and like yourself again. I specialize in empowering teen girls and young adult women struggling with anxiety, depression and low self-esteem to make positive changes in their life. I’m a down to earth therapist that loves to infuse laughter into sessions. Therapy sessions are a mix of talking and skill-based exercises that focus on exploration and growth.
