If you or your teen are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, behavior management, identity, healing trauma, life transitions, or general stress and overwhelm, I may be a good fit to meet your needs. I aim to create an experience for both teens and adults that doesn't make therapy yet another chore. It's okay if you're resistant to therapy, have had not-so-great experiences in the past, or you don't even know where to begin. Beginning therapy is incredibly vulnerable, but it does not mean you are broken. You simply need some tools and support.
