Welcome! I help people foster and maintain safe, loving, vibrant and sustainable relationships with the understanding that most issues people face are relational and that healing comes from connection. I have expertise in C-PTSD, unconventional relationship structures, all stages of parenting including adult children, and climate anxiety and grief. I draw from multiple models: Emotionally Focused, Narrative, Mindfulness, Somatic, and Improv, with a sensitivity to multicultural backgrounds. I’m an actively engaged, compassionate therapist who’s fond of the saying, “People who laugh together, last together.”
