As a licensed counselor, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment that allows you to grow. By prioritizing the therapeutic relationship, I hope to extend warmth & compassion that will allow you to lean into vulnerability and heal. Body image, self-concept & values clarification are passions of mine. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, & families looking to gain deeper insight into relationship dynamics, attachment style, nervous system regulation & self-exploration. I work most naturally through a feminist & existential lens while knowing there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
