As a therapist, I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families through client-centered collaboration. I aim to cultivate safety in the therapeutic relationship through a nonjudgmental perspective on client identities and life circumstances. In my approach to therapy, I seek to gain an understanding of the experiences that contribute to challenges my clients explore in our sessions. With that understanding, I work with clients to incorporate tools and strategies for growth.
