Hi, and welcome! My name is Emily Rokon and I am an LIMHP dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve greater emotional well-being. I use a variety of techniques that empower clients to identify and change negative thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create lasting positive change in their lives. With a warm and compassionate approach, I work collaboratively with clients to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, perinatal related concerns, and self-esteem issues.
