Hi, I’m Emily Roscoe, LMHC. With 15 years experience working with children, teens, families and adults, I specialize in supporting teen girls and young women through life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I create a safe, compassionate space where you’re truly seen, no judgment—just room to grow. Once we meet, I will tailor therapy to your unique needs. I do not believe therapy is one size fits all but do have extensive training in trauma, CBT, and DBT.
