I am not currently accepting any further new clients as of 1/1/26. As a therapist, I like to be collaborative with clients and pull from multiple modalities in order to meet them where they are at. This way we tend to have a path to go down, with strategies to try. Some of my specialties are working with Young Adults, and Adults going through life transitions (graduation, new job, moving, divorce, etc), processing grief and loss, and addressing anxiety or depression. Showing people compassion during these times, and helping them to find the space to grow has been a big part of my practice.
