I typically see a variety of clients ranging from age 5 to young adulthood. I have experience working with anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, challenging behaviors at home, family dynamics, parenting support, life/school/college transitions, etc. I am flexible during sessions for younger folks to meet their needs and support building the relationship all while working on motivation for change through a strengths based approach. Client comfort is most important to me, and have been told that clients appreciate my humor and having a "real person" approach as a clinician!
