I am an openly queer, latinx licensed therapist and Certified Body Trust Provider (R) specializing in supporting queer, trans, and BIPOC affirming mental health care. I work alongside clients, exploring their strengths, resilience, and finding ways to build a fulfilling life that aligns with their values and authentic self, rather than the version of themselves they've had to become to conform to the pressures of the world around them. I strive to empower clients to increase their sense of safety and connection to themselves, their bodies and the difficult systems they navigate.
