I am a licensed clinical social worker from NYS approaching 9 years of postgraduate experience primarily in hospital-based settings, including crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatry, and outpatient psychotherapy with Veterans. I specialize in individual and group psychotherapy with a sharp clinical focus on trauma-informed care. My passion lies in helping individuals heal from the invisible wounds of trauma—whether it stems from a singular event or the cumulative impact of chronic toxic stress, such as complex childhood trauma or attachment injuries.
