I enjoy forming a strong alliance with my clients and encourage them to recognize their strength and resiliency. Everyone has the capacity to heal and make positive change. Therapy helps us find the necessary tools and practices, and gives us the encouragement, validation, and guidance needed to achieve our goals. My ideal client is someone who understands what it's like to struggle and wants to heal and take steps for change. I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, self-esteem issues, etc.
