About
Life can be challenging, even in the best of times. In the aftermath of COVID, many people are feeling the weight of increased isolation, depression, grief, burnout, and trauma. If you're struggling, please know you're not alone. I'm here to offer support and guidance as you navigate these difficulties. My approach is flexible and personalized to meet your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, and Attachment Theory. For couples, I integrate DBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help deepen connection and strengthen your relationship. View 4 Photos I’m passionate about supporting clients through life transitions—big or small—and am dedicated to offering evidence-based, culturally-responsive therapy for individuals and couples. I am also dedicated to helping people address maladaptive dynamics, creating a space where you can explore these challenges openly.
