I support clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, overwhelming or hard-to-manage emotions, trauma, grief, anger, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can come with simply being human. I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and caregivers and helpers. If you struggle to rest, set boundaries, or prioritize your own needs, my therapeutic style may be a good fit for you. I also work with attachment styles and relational trauma, supporting clients who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, navigating burnout, or learning how to care for themselves.
