Hi, I'm Emily. I am an Art Therapist and a licensed Counselor. I work within a relational-cultural framework, which is based on the idea that disconnection is a source of suffering. We live in a time where the ability to connect is at our fingertips, but many of us still struggle with feelings of anxiety, depression, and isolation. In my practice, I strive to foster meaningful and healthy connections with my clients and support them in learning new ways to move through the world. I help clients address current and past challenging life experiences, and always take into consideration each persons unique cultural background.
