I am an individual and couples psychotherapist for adult individuals, partners, clients in polyamorous relationships and all romantic constellations. I work with people moving through trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, attachment wounds, identity questions and relational strain. I hold a deep trust in the power of healing that happens in relationship, and I am especially passionate about supporting partners who want to understand their patterns, soften reactivity and build steadier ways of relating.
