My clients begin working with me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. Sometimes, they don't even know that they're feeling this way! They may be experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, social or behavioral difficulties, or feeling misunderstood; especially if they or their child are neurodivergent, developmentally different, or navigating a world that often isn’t built with them in mind.
