About

I work with clients who want to understand why they feel stuck—so they can break out of old patterns and move toward a more fulfilling life. Many people come to me when something in their lives no longer feels workable: relationships, career paths, or internal experiences may feel repetitive, confusing, or unsatisfying. Others can’t name what’s wrong exactly, but they know they’re ready to figure it out. Therapy can help you make sense of what's been getting in your way, so you can move forward with greater ease and clarity. My style is non-judgmental, engaged, and steady, with a focus on long-lasting and meaningful change. I often work with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or trauma related to their relationships or family.
