Has motherhood changed you? Maybe you worry too much. Maybe you find yourself tired, overwhelmed, and frustrated. Maybe you just don't know who you are anymore. As a licensed professional counselor with specialization in perinatal mental health, I understand the range of issues and emotions affecting people during the family building and parenting years of life. Asking for help can be hard and finding the time each week to care for yourself can be even harder. Counseling with me a a collaborative process. I don't position myself as the expert in your life nor do I decide what is best for you. I work to support you in learning more about your brain, body, and beliefs that shape how you respond when stressed, overwhelmed, anxious and/or depressed.
