I believe that everyone is the expert on themselves, but at times this expertise can be difficult to harness due to the curveballs life often throws our way. My approach is empathetic, flexible, non-judgmental with a dash of humor, and some occasional colorful language. I can also be very direct when needed. Utilizing both trauma-informed and attachment-based perspectives, I will collaborate with you on discovering that expertise.
