I am passionate about helping people who experience the world with intensity and sensitivity find refuge, get resourced, and become resilient in the midst of evolutionary times. My style is warm, real and down to earth. My work is neurodiversity affirming, grounded in earth and ecology, trauma - educated, disability justice oriented, liberation focused, and LGBTQIA affirming.
