Welcome! My approach to therapy is based on the foundation that every person has the capacity for healing, growth, and change. I believe that with the right tools and support we can successfully ride the waves of life. I work primarily with adults (18+) who may be dealing with challenges such as PTSD/trauma, generalized anxiety and other anxiety disorders, OCD, mens issues, and relationship concerns. I frequently treat single-incident traumatic events for those looking to work through a specific trauma.
