Life requires us to adapt — loss and longing can be powerful experiences that lead to growth beyond what we’d think possible. I offer a space to slow down, listen deeply, re-member (or discover for the first time!) the parts of you that know how to heal and grow. I believe the therapist relationship is a living process, shaped by curiosity, intention, and care. My approach honors where you’ve been while exploring what’s possible. I will bring my humanness to session and invite you to do the same. Above all, my priority is to offer a safe, empowering space where you feel seen, supported, and challenged to live a wholehearted life.
