Emily Thomas, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I utilize Reality Theory in my practice and work on the belief that if our needs are not being met, we often find distress. My goal is to help clients decrease their distress and process experiences in a way they can feel more empowered and whole. I utilize EMDR, DBT, and hypnotherapy to help clients heal from trauma and find hope in their world.
