I specialize in supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples as they navigate life transitions, identity exploration, and relational challenges. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with their inner voice—especially when that voice has been quieted by grief, anxiety, depression, or messages from systems and environments that have told them who they should be. Too often, we are told who we should be, what we should do, how we should look/sound, etc. My goal is to help you find, possibly for the first time, the power of your own voice in a loud, opinionated world.
