Emily has years of experience working with families, adolescents, couples and individuals including within the LGBTQ+ community with anxiety, depression, anger management, stress. Emily specializes in supporting clients struggling with life transitions (such as parenting issues, deaths in the family, and divorce). Emily uses Solution-Focused approaches with some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to collaborate with clients to reach their goals.
