Hello and welcome. I work with individuals, caregivers, and with young child-caregiver teams (children 0-8yrs). I specialize in infant and early childhood mental health, which means that I approach therapy through the lens of understanding attachment histories. I help individuals understand and process relationship patterns, generational trauma, and attachment trauma. I help parents with perinatal mood and anxiety, birth trauma, infertility, infant loss and grief, family transitions, childhood trauma, behavior challenges, and parenting stress to find healing and connection.
