If you have survived trauma, are neurodivergent, disabled or chronically ill, queer/LGBTQ+, or have attachment or complex trauma that needs an alternative, holistic, or somatic approach we could be a wonderful fit for therapy! I take an affirming and relational approach to mental health care and strive to create a comfortable, empathetic, and inclusive therapeutic space that celebrates diversity, promotes acceptance, and encourages vulnerability.
