My ideal clients are teens, college students, and young adults who are trying to make sense of life’s chaos — figuring out who they are, what they want, and how to quiet the constant noise of everything. Many of the people I work with feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in their heads. Some are navigating ADHD or other forms of neurodiversity that make “adulting” or managing relationships feel extra tricky. Others are balancing a million things — school, work, friends, dating — and just want to feel more grounded and confident in themselves.
