I became a therapist because I know firsthand what it’s like to come from a difficult background, repeat painful relationship patterns, overthink to the point of exhaustion and lose yourself in taking care of everyone else. Therapy helped me heal, build a more balanced life, and finally learn how to show up for myself with the same care I gave to others. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
