Together, we can untangle what’s no longer serving you and build new ways of being that feel more connected, more honest, and more sustainable. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in both insight and practicality. I integrate cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness frameworks— always centering on your lived experience, your strengths, and your goals. I bring humor and realness into the room, and I welcome all parts of you — even the ones you’ve been told are “too much".
