My therapeutic niche is working with those who experienced chronic childhood trauma (C-PTSD). This includes child abuse, neglect, attachment trauma, dysfunctional families, and adult children of alcoholics. I work with a broad range of experiences, including identity exploration, ancestral trauma, healing, and life transitions. In my practice, I approach therapy through a lens that is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and actively anti-racist. I strive to create a space where all parts of you are seen and valued—not just as an individual, but as someone moving through a world shaped by systems of power.
