As a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for couples, individuals, and families, I have specialized experience and advanced training for healing affairs and relationship trauma, creating deeper emotional connection in relationships, improving communication, and decreasing unhealthy conflict. Additionally, I am skilled in working with adult individuals who want to engage in deeper therapy work to heal from emotional patterns keeping them stuck or alone. I am passionately LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am also a AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Certified Emotionally-Focused Therapy Supervisor, and I am open to taking on supervision cases.
