Hi, I’m Emma, and I’m here to support you on your path to healing, growth, and meaningful change. I work with both youth and adults who are facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, and ADHD. I also have experience helping individuals navigate complex life stressors such as domestic violence, legal issues, and behavioral health concerns. No matter what you're going through, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
