My ideal client feels overwhelmed by intense emotions, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or exhausted from trying to “hold it together.” They may struggle with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood instability, or relationship conflict. They want stability, relief from emotional chaos, healthier coping skills, and stronger boundaries. Ultimately, they want to feel understood, regain control of their life, and build a version of themselves they can trust and feel proud of.
