I like to help clients work through anxiety, self-esteem, depression, parenting, and relationship issues. I am interested in working with folks on creating deeper relationships with their bodies, their partners and their sense of self. I do not believe that there is one way to heal or one type of therapy that fits everyone. I utilize a variety of tools and methods to put the client's needs at the center of the therapy journey. View 6 Photos Currently, enrolled in a sex therapy and sex education certification program through the University of Michigan. Trained in ACT, CBT, DBT, ERP and EMDR therapy modalities. I favor the perspective of ACT to facilitate clients in taking committed actions rooted in their values to create change in their lives.
