I am committed to helping individuals and families who may be facing a variety of life’s challenges, such as relationship difficulties, stress in transitions, family conflict, stress at school or in the workplace, or dealing with chronic medical conditions. I provide a nonjudgemental space with the purpose of identifying personal values and goals to tailor strategies that will help you (or a loved on) lead a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
