Hi there, welcome to my page! My approach is rooted in the belief that we all intrinsically possess value and are deserving of love, respect, and the opportunity to evolve. It is my intention to create a safe space to support clients as they move towards growth, and view a strong client-counselor relationship as foundational to all meaningful therapy. I utilize a trauma informed & neurodiversity affirming lens to work with clients. Common client challenges include: ADHD, Autism, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, anxiety, OCD, trauma, & relationships. I also offer psychedelic assisted therapy preparation & integration services. I work with individual adults, adolescents, couples, & children 8+. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and have significant experience working with ADHD and Autistic clients. I am certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Integration and would love to connect with more clients interested in pursuing this form of treatment.
