I will help you release what is weighing you down and move toward what brings you peace, clarity, and connection. You deserve to trust yourself, feel safe in your body, and experience joy again. I take a warm, compassionate approach to therapy, specializing in PTSD and relationship trauma, disordered eating, and anxiety and depression, particularly during periods of self-discovery and transition. Together, we will process the roots of your trauma, build resilience, and foster healthier connections and lasting change.
